WEBSITES FOR CONTRACTORS AND REAL ESTATE

Your work is good. Your site should bring in the calls.

Before anyone asks you for a quote, they look you up. We build sites that load fast on a phone, show the jobs you've done, and make it easy to call you or send a request.

WHAT WE USUALLY FIND

Where quote requests get lost

Most small business sites were fine the day they went live. Then the work got busy and nobody looked at the site again. These are the problems we see most often.

A marked-up website sketch A simple line drawing of a web page: top menu, header area, three boxes and a contact form. Three corrections are marked in red: the header is circled and labeled "too small", the middle box has an arrow labeled "outdated", and the form button is boxed and labeled "broken". 1 TOO SMALL 2 OUTDATED 3 BROKEN
  1. It falls apart on a phone

Most homeowners look you up on their phone. If the text is tiny and the menu won't open, they hit back and call the next name on the list.

  2. Your best work isn't on it

The project gallery stopped a few years ago, or it was never there. People hiring for a roof or a remodel want to see jobs like theirs before they pick up the phone.

  3. You don't show up in search

Most people don't search for your company name. They search for the work they need. If your pages don't say clearly what you do, that search goes to someone else.

  4. The form doesn't reach anyone

Someone fills out the form, sees "thank you", and the message goes nowhere. Requests can sit unread for months without anyone noticing.

SERVICES

What we do

Four kinds of work. Scope and limits are agreed in writing before anything starts.

  • Business website Your main site: what you do, the jobs you've done, and how to reach you.
  • Project or campaign site A separate site for one development, one new location or one ad campaign.
  • Website redesign Keep your text and photos, replace everything else. Old links keep working.
  • Monthly care plan New projects, photos and text changes handled for you. No long-term contract.
CONCEPT WORK

An example: a site for a builder

Voyd Yapı is a concept we built for a fictional residential builder. Every project shows its promised handover date and how long it actually took, so the site earns trust with facts instead of slogans. It's not a client project, but the thinking is the same one we'd bring to yours.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Free review

We go through your current site and list what's costing you calls. It's free, and you don't have to go any further.

  2. Written quote

What we'll build, how long it takes and what it costs, in writing, before any work starts.

  3. Design, then build

You approve the design first. Nothing gets coded until you do. After that you can follow progress on a live preview link.

  4. Launch

The site goes live on your domain. After launch you still have someone to reach when something needs changing.

Send us your site. We'll tell you what's costing you calls.

A free review of your current website, with a short list of what to fix. No obligation to go further.
