The payment plan goes into the contract, and an appointment is booked for the title transfer.

We walk through the apartment together. The snag list is signed off and completed within 30 days.

Is the handover date in the contract?
Yes. The exact handover date, and what we pay if we're late, are in a separate clause. None of our projects has taken more than two years to build, and we don't give dates verbally.
Is there an occupancy permit?
Yakamoz Rezidans received its occupancy permit in November 2025. For projects under construction, the expected date is in the schedule, and the permit is added to the project page once it's issued.
Are there any mortgages or liens on the title?
No. The apartments for sale have no mortgages or liens on their titles. We can check the title record together on e-Devlet at the sales office.
How are net and gross floor areas shown?
Both are listed separately for every apartment type, and both go into the contract.
How do I make payments?
All payments go through the bank, with the block and apartment number in the reference. We don't accept cash.
