Since 1998 we have done one thing: residential and office buildings. Voyd Yapı started with a six-unit apartment building that two engineer brothers put up in Buca. Today the second generation runs the company, with 38 engineers and technical staff.

Architectural and structural drawings are done in-house, so a problem on site gets back to the drawing board the same day.
An engineer on site every day
Every site has at least one site manager and one inspection engineer there full time.
No site runs longer than two years
The schedule is set before the permit. None of our projects has taken more than 24 months to build.
